When all is said and done, the cleaning is still up to you.

Wet footprints on the tile at the entrance of a pharmacy on a rainy day

Counter, prescriptions, orders, receipt of the vials, pharmacy, scheduling. And cleaning. On paper, one task among many others. In reality, the one that we put off, because it's the only one for which no one demands the result before it's too late.

You open at 8:30. You close at 20:00. Between these two, hundreds of passages, two deliveries from the dispatcher, the bags that are dragged to the storage room, the rainy days when the entrance marks in ten minutes. On several hundred square meters, the floor absorbs all this.

So someone passes the broom between two customers, or the contractor works late at night on a surface that is too large for the time allotted. The result depends on who is there that day.

No one does their job poorly. There is just one task too many on an already full list.

A normal day

The soil gets dirty faster
that it cannot be cleaned.

From 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., this is what really happens in a large workshop. You will recognize every line.

07:30
The team is arriving. The first trays from the dispatcher are also arriving.
Unpacking, organizing, and restocking the pharmacy. The bins slide across the floor between the stockroom and the shelves, before the first customer even enters the store.
08:30
You open it. In the state in which the reception left the pharmacy.
No one had time to go back and re-organize: they had to finish cleaning up. And that's when the impression counts the most, with the first customers of the day.
11:00
Second delivery. And it's starting to rain.
The trays pass through the sales area; the entrance is covered in wet marks. Someone will eventually take care of it, that is, leave the counter one day when you were already just short of staffing.
18:30
The peak of traffic is at the counter.
Offices are empty, orders are pending, customers are standing patiently in front of the counter. The moment when there is the most people is exactly when the floor is the most crowded.
20:00
Closure. And the cleaning to be done.
By the team that has already done its day's work, or by a provider who has an hour to do everything. A long and repetitive task, over a large area. And tomorrow, it starts again at 7:30 a.m.

What if all of this was already done
when do you arrive in the morning?

See how it looks on my end

The moment of reckoning

You can't see that on a dashboard.
You can tell on a Tuesday at 4:20 PM.

Customer waiting at the counter of a pharmacy, looking down at the floor

A customer is waiting her turn at the counter. She looks at the floor, the traces of footsteps that leave the entrance. She says nothing; she picks up her prescription and leaves. You will never know if she will return, or if she will go to the pharmacy across the street.

Or else it's the visit of the host of your group. He arrives at 9 a.m.: everything is impeccable. You know very well that at 6 p.m. the situation would be different, and that it's just a matter of luck.

No one will send you an invoice for that. And that's the whole trick: you pay for that cost without ever seeing it happen.

What it really costs

Three bills you already pay,
and that appear nowhere.

Pharmacy employee passing the counter during opening hours
01 · IMAGE

Your customer judges in a few seconds.

In a pharmacy, cleanliness counts double: it is the one thing that tells you that the place is serious. Your customer doesn't distinguish between the floor and the counter; he judges the whole thing. A wet mark, a dull tile, and the impression is made before he even reaches the counter. You redesigned the layout last year. He looks down at the floor.

02 · YOUR TIME

It is just one more task on your list.

The cleaning department doesn't have a dedicated team: it's just one more line, stuck between the counter, the orders, and the schedule. Every additional step becomes an arbitration, and between a customer to serve and a floor to clean, it's always the floor that waits. Your preparers aren't there for that, and everyone knows it.

03 · REGULARITY

Without a schedule, cleanliness is a lottery.

It depends on who is there, the time of day, and the time the provider had that evening. The outcome changes from day to day. Your regular customers see it, and a mystery customer will eventually fall on the wrong day.

The solution

It is washed before opening.
He comes back during the day.

A full shift during the closing hours, so that the pharmacy is clean before your arrival. Then a second shift during the day, among the customers, to maintain the level until the evening. You set the pace once; it maintains it every day, including on Saturdays when there is no preparer present.

Clean upon opening

The night cycle is over when you arrive. You open the door on a clean floor, without having to choose between receiving orders and cleaning up.

Designed for a workshop that is alive

The second passage takes place during the day, with customers present. The robot detects people, slows down, and avoids the display cases, strollers, and bins. This includes the waiting area and the area around the counter.

Traceable

Task reports and precise tracking: you know what was cleaned, when, and in which area. No need to ask or find out the next morning.

How he works

STEP 01

Mapping

A Korben technician takes a first tour of the workshop with the robot. He learns about your paths, obstacles, and prohibited areas (reserved area, preparation area, robot area).

STEP 02

Night cycle

During the closure, he cleans the entire sales area. The work is finished before the arrival of the team.

STEP 03

Second daytime visit

In the area you have chosen, customers are present. It detects, slows down, and bypasses: no signage, no area to close.

STEP 04

Task report

Treated areas, schedules, duration. You can check at a glance what has been done, without having to double-check behind them.

Arbitration

The real cost is time.

In the large-scale retail sector, at Intermarché Express Villeurbanne, manual washing accounted for 3 hours and 45 minutes per day. At a large pharmacy, that time is taken by your team or paid to a contractor. Before asking if you can afford it, take a look at what manual washing already costs you.

Funding

Two ways to get it.
You choose according to your cash flow.

No hidden formulas or lengthy quotes: there are only two setups, starting from €14 excluding VAT per day, and the right one mostly depends on how you prefer to incur the expense.

Formula 1 · Leasing

No cash outflow

The robot is financed over 60 months. You pay nothing for installation and the expense is covered by the operating costs, spread over five years. This is the most common setup.

starting from 17 €Excluding tax / day

Depending on the model chosen for your surface area. 60-month financing.

Zero initial investment
A single budget line, known in advance
60-month commitment
Formula 2 · Purchase

You are a homeowner

You buy the counting robot. Add to that a monthly fee for usage and access to the Korben service (monitoring, updates, support), with no commitment to a fixed term.

starting from 14 €Excluding tax / day

Depending on the model chosen for your area, the details of the purchase price and the service monthly payment are given to you during the diagnosis.

Objections

The questions
that is posed to us
with every diagnosis.

Is there one left? Ask an expert directly at 01 83 75 57 23, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Can the robot work with customers in the pharmacy?
Yes, that is even its raison d'être. It is programmed according to your schedules, your travel zones and your traffic constraints. It detects people and obstacles, slows down and avoids them. You don't need to mark out or close off an area.
At what surface area is it worth it?
Starting at 100 m². Below this threshold, the solution is not dimensioned properly: manual maintenance remains faster and more economical, and automated pacing does not provide any real gain. The solution is aimed at large pharmacies, parapharmacies, and shopping center pharmacies. Beyond this threshold, everything depends on the configuration: aisle width, floor type, hours of operation, not just square meters.
Does the robot interfere with strollers, wheelchairs, or elderly people?
It detects people and obstacles, slows down and avoids them. If you prefer it not to drive during peak hours, it is programmed to only operate before opening hours, or only in certain areas.
What product does it use on the ground?
The robot cleans with water using a detergent suitable for your floor covering. The product is selected with you at the commissioning stage, according to your hygiene requirements.
And the shift days or extended hours?
The rhythm changes day by day, slot by slot. On a Sunday shift, you add a shift or you rearrange it. There’s no need to start over from scratch.
Should you buy the robot, and how much does it cost?
Two options, depending on your cash flow situation. Leasing, Starting at €17 per day, a commitment for 60 months, with no cash outflow at installation: you smooth out the expense over five years. The purchase, starting from €14 excluding VAT per day: you become the owner of the robot, supplemented by a monthly fee for use and access to the Korben service, with no commitment period. In both cases, the exact amount depends on the model chosen for your surface area; an expert will detail this for you during the assessment.
Is it useful if we already have a team or a service provider?
Yes, and that’s the most common case. The robot does not replace your teams: it takes over the repetitive tasks that no one has the time to do three times a day. Your teams keep the value-added tasks, and the level of cleanliness remains constant.
Can I see the robot in action before committing?
Yes. During the diagnosis, an expert Korben visits your pharmacy and shows you the robot in operation, in your hallways and at your scheduled times. For configurations that require it, a real-world test session of a few hours or a day can be arranged as a dedicated service. We do not promise an extended free trial: experience shows that this mainly delays your decision.
Is the pharmacy really clean before opening?
This is the main objective of the device. The complete cycle is programmed during the closure and completed before your arrival. You open on a clean floor, and the second pass during the day serves to maintain the level until evening, including after deliveries or a rainy afternoon.
Is it noisy during opening hours?
The robot is designed to operate in the presence of customers. The exact noise level depends on the model chosen for your premises; it will be communicated to you during the assessment, prior to any commitment.
Who installs the robot and trains the teams?
Korben takes care of commissioning, the mapping of the shop and the support of your teams. The exact process is defined with you during the diagnosis.
What happens in the event of a breakdown?
The Korben support is directly accessible, and our after-sales service platform is located in the Yvelines, not at the other end of the world. The terms of intervention and maintenance are specified in your rental contract.
