Do we need several robots?

No. The team is modular, depending on the size of your store and your needs. You can have a single robot, or a fleet of robots to accompany you on a daily basis.

What is the price of a floor scrubber-dryer and our other robots for inventory and in-store reception?

The price of an industrial floor washing machine (floor scrubber), also known as «Cleaning Phantas» at Korben, starts at €499 per month, as a monthly rental solution. This is also the case for our «Welcome Nova» reception robot and our «Delivery Carry Bot» for internal logistics.

Do the robots work during opening hours?

Yes, they can navigate day and night in complete autonomy, and in busy environments, while respecting customer paths.

Can they be used on very large surfaces?

The robots are designed to work in large commercial areas. Sizing depends on your surface area. For example, the cleaning robot has a cleaning capacity of 1,600 m²/h, with an autonomy of 8 to 12 hours.

How does the installation work?

Set-up is quick and easy. The robot is delivered to your site, unpacked and connected by our technician (or your in-house team). Once connected to the power supply and, if necessary, to your Wi-Fi or internal network, the technician performs the complete initialization: updates, configuration and calibration. Usage scenarios are then set up according to your needs (reception, guidance, delivery, etc.). A full-scale test is carried out, and you receive a short training session to get you up and running straight away.
