Do we need several robots?
No. The team is modular, depending on the size of your store and your needs. You can have a single robot, or a fleet of robots to accompany you on a daily basis.
How much does a robot waiter in a restaurant cost?
Our Delivery Pro waiter robot is available from €499 per month, as are our Cleaning Phantas cleaning robot and Welcome Nova, our restaurant reception robot.
Do the robots work during opening hours?
Yes, they can navigate day and night in complete autonomy, and in busy environments, while respecting customer paths.
Can they be used in very large restaurants or restaurants with several zones?
Robots are designed to work over large areas. Sizing depends on your surface area and service intensity, for example (multiple rooms, floors, high-traffic areas). For example, the cleaning robot has a cleaning capacity of 1,600 m²/h, with an autonomy of 8 to 12 hours.
How does the installation work?
Set-up is quick and easy. The robot is delivered to your site, unpacked and connected by our technician (or your in-house team). Once connected to the power supply and, if necessary, to your Wi-Fi or internal network, the technician performs the complete initialization: updates, configuration and calibration. Usage scenarios are then set up according to your needs (reception, guidance, delivery, etc.). A full-scale test is carried out, and you receive a short training session to get you up and running straight away.
